The third leg of our summer journey took us to three different location: Hemet to visit Brandon's maternal grandparents, San Diego to have a purely vacation part of our vacation (although Brandon managed to squeeze in a day of informational interviews), and LA for Brandon to do some informational interviews.
We were joined by our PV (permanent visitor) Alyse, who just continued to stick around throughout all of our summer journeys...she must like being around us or something :) AND we also got to have Debbie Woodland with us to hang out and help out. I feel like I got to bond with my MIL a lot this summer and thoroughly enjoyed getting to spend time with her-- she is an amazing woman, mother, wife, and now grandma who is constantly thinking of others and serving them.
Check out the pics:
Alyse's Cluff Great Grandparents (Debbie's parents)
San Deigo-- lots of beach time (a block from the condo we rented!), touring around Old town and the USS Midway one day, and mucho time with Daddy
LA-- the UCLA bear and hanging out at the Institute of Design's park waiting for Dad
